  1. As a child I had a 'lazy' eye. I had to have the other eye covered for a while to make the lazy eye 'work' better. I did me no harm at all and didn't need glasses until I was well into my forties.

  2. No. Not dangerous at all. You may have trouble judging distances while wearing the patch, but definitely no damage whatsoever!! Just make sure you change the eye you are patching every once in a while to give your eyes a break. They might get a little tired working by themselves.

  3. Yes it can unless you wear it for a short time such as a costume. The one eye that is uncovered will have to focus differently , as you are not focusing with both eyes. If the unpatched eye strains, it will try to overcompensate for both eyes.

  4. wearing an eye patch for no reason for extended periods of time (like months) will damage your vision.  You eye sight will worsen

  5. Yes, if you really stuck through it and wore it for hours each day for years, you might cause one eye to become 'lazy'- but for a few hours, it's absolutely harmless.

  6. No but it will make you talk weird.

And you will want to find buried treasure.

  7. you get a really bad headache. so thats why..when your taking a test or anything dont cover one eye while doing it. your head will hurt and it wont work as well.
