I'm going horse riding all this week and I haven't been before so I don't have the proper gear. I have some boots with a small heel which is ok but they have zips up the inside legs. I'm just wondering if they will stick into the horse at all? Or if I need some other boots without zips. Thank you

  1. Most ridding boot that have zips ,they are on the back of the boot . the only thing it might hurt is the saddle , it might scratch it But I think if its the only ones you have you'll be ok ,, Until you can find the right ones to wear . Just clean the saddle really good  to help with the marks they may make ,

    Ok,,Have fun

  2. well if the zip digs in you'll now about it...maybe u need some other boots

  3. I'd be more worried about the zipper causing you discomfort than the horse.  You are better off using shorter, ankle height lace up boots with a quarter inch heel.  You can often find these fairly cheap at stores like Payless.  A lot of tall boots nowadays come with the option of a zipper, however it's located on the outside or up the back of the boot.  Inside the leg it will undoubtably rub you raw and could damage the saddle, possibly scratch the horse, though I am less concerned with that.

  4. they will rub the horse red raw and give you a blister

  5. Hello Kitty, sounds s**y!!!
