Will weight gains after hysterectomy?

I have read a lot that people comment that after the hysterectomy surgery they start to gain lots of weight, is that true? anyone experience?

my friend had it done many years ago, and she looks good.  I think that your diet plays more of a role...after all, you are what you eat!!!
