  1. Well, I would say that 140-150 lbs would be good.  It would not be health to lose 15-20 lbs in three weeks though.  You should stick to a health diet and a healthy amount of exercise each day.

Losing weight will effect every part of your life.

You will have more self confidence and more self esteem.

You will view yourself in a better way.

It would be a great way to make your life better as long as you do not take it to the extreem.  Do not go over board tring to lose wight.

    GOOD LUCK!!!!

  2. 72-78kg

  3. As a counselor, I have experience in working on these kind of issues. Whether or not it will improve your life depends on how much you want to lose and how you will do it.  But your weight should not be the determining factor in how you feel about yourself.  You can feel good about you at your present weight, while you are working on weight loss, and after you have lost weight.  Whether your life gets better comes down to your thinking.  If you think you are not good enough and feel like something is always lacking, then it won't matter how much weight you lose.  Work on appreciating and feeling good about yourself and liking yourself no matter what.

  4. There's no way to say for sure how losing weight will actually affect your life because it's different for everyone. However, you can expect to have more energy. You would likely have more self confidence and an improved self image. It could make you more attractive to women and to prospective employers. It will also lower your risk for many diseases and reduce your risk of some types of injuries - specifically knee and ankle injuries.
