  1. Sure, why not?  Just because its not common doesn't mean that it can't be achieved.

    "If all good people were clever

    And all clever people were good

    Then the world would be nicer than ever

    We thought that it possibly could.

    But somehow 'tis seldom or never

    The two hit it off as they should;

    The good are so harsh to the clever,

    The clever so rude to the good."

    (perhaps not a perfect fit to your question but perhaps close enough - besides, I just like that quote/poem )

  2. will, or volition, is conscious, deliberate control over physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy.  Wisdom is not acquired by chance, b/c its acquisition requires some level of concentration, which requires some level of volitional, mental control.  Also, wisdom is partially located in its use, which again requires some volitional control.

    So, the question is, when do they NOT coalesce?

  3. They were born together, and they will never part.  Their parting would be the end of wisdom.

  4. coalesce as in "be identical". That is illogical as long as either of them can be measured; "how much wisdom" or "how strong of a will does one have".

    If we are to agree with the answer to your last question on "will and wisdom" then it is apparent that will and wisdom are, already, complimentary.
