Will working one muscle group once a week get me results?

im doing a 5 day split legs,chest,back,shoulders,arms with two rest days thrown in between. im just wondering if working these groups once a week will be 2 little

  1. It is to little. But not bad at all. Unless your planning on bodybuilding  and competing don't worry about it. Because over time your muscles bit up. I can tell you for my self I'm only going to or thinking about competing in 1 bodybuilding show and I'm about 17 months out and I'm hitting every muscle group a day or more.


  2. Yes u will eventually.that is good that your working out your whole body

  3. lots of people workout that way and they do just fine.  However, over time, if you do the same workout over and over, you may plateau (meaning your body will stop changing).  You may consider doing this workout for a while but change it up a bit and do total body toning (which means working all the muscle groups each day you do weight training).  Here is a great place for online toning workouts.
