Why should he be charged with anything, were the people in Heidi Flise book charged with anything?  NO! it was after the fact.  If he did indeed use tax payers money, then that should be the issue he is charged with.  But we know how this will go, they will go after him and not the owners/operators of the call girls (or as they should be know,  PIMPS)
