Sorry, not even employees know the ingredients for the batter.  It arrives in a large brown paper bag, kinda like a flour bag, that says KFC batter on it and that's it.

clean grease. any other place does not clean their grease that often. not only that but they actually have separate vats for frying in, where like long john silvers uses the same vats of grease that's why everything taste the same from there. But if you got five mill. to throw away i would have used it on something better like finding a cure for leukemia or something.

I don't know every single ingredient but I do know they use salt, pepper, flour,MSG, Accent, and vegetable oil I think. If you want to know every ingredient go to a bookstore in the cooking section and they should have cookbook called Fast Food secret recipes or something. They have it at our Books A Million, but I have not bought it yet, I have just seen it there.
