I already have my tickets for the Edmonton race. I've been to the three previous Champ Car races and am really looking forward to the third weekend in July. I'm looking at getting the paddock pass as well, I was going to give it a miss before the merger but 30 cars in the paddock is going to get me back it.

Unfortunately I can't afford to go to any race I want.  The only IRL race I go to is the St. Pete Grand Prix because i live here in Tampa.  Man the weather was horrible this year.  I would like to do the Texas weekend someday though.  Catch the trucks and Indy races.

after what  they did to toronto 's race , and where i live and for our fans and for the city to support this race since 1986 and then have it taken away by tony george  is a shame .the only ones that pay the price are the people that supported this race all these years.i will not support open wheel racing in north america ever again.it has become a big joke and the i.r.l. has been a joke from day one.champcar was a way better series ,better everything and especially the drivers compared  ,to all the drivers in the i.r.l. that could not make it  to the champcar series and how many deaths and big crashes have we seen in the i.r.l.  compared to champcar  ,because the drivers in the i.r.l. are inexperienced to begin with.just because you have the money ,that does not make you a race car driver. the indy 500 is a joke now also and how many crashes did we see this year  ,too many because of inexperience........nascar  will prevail as the premier racing series and i think that the i.r.l. will have a troubled future with fan support  and everything else that goes with the series............... tim in toronto,a pissed off race fan........
