Will you be happy when Capello calls Joey Barton to join the National team?

Barton can add a bit of the passion to a half asleep, overpaid and well fed team with bored and uninterested "big stars". He will totally shake things up.

Can't you just see Joey Barton been a future English National team hero?

Not really.. How things are going his career is at stake due to as a result of his past actions. Putting his football career at risk.. I don't see him being given consideration for a call up not to talk about him becoming a national team hero.....

Well as he seems to dislike players with discipline problems I wouldn't have thought  the little thug has a hope in h**l of playing in the team.. future hero? they're normally of good character, not  mugs who stub out cigars into teenagers faces.

You meant those half asleep,overpaid and well fed team includes Gerrard,right?No wonder he dives on the ground to establish the honour of the first English player to act theatrically on the pitch.Rooney is the most hardworking in the England squad.I'll be happy when Capello calls Barton up in the England squad,provided Barton performs for Newcastle.And if Barton gets called up,he'll be on the substitutes' bench.I can see a well-behaved Barton as a National team hero and Gerrard as the villain who chooses to tarnish the reputation of the English by becoming England's best diver and no.1 hypocrite.
