No, we won't be sued the people who upload it will. It says on youtube that you aren't allowed to upload copyrighted videos.

boy,wouldn't that suck for air?.....Those liberal appointed Judges will ruin this country yet..it looks like that is just what they are aiming for if the stay isnt granted....

I think it will be more the people that submitted it for viewing but anything is possible when a liberal judge has his picky little fingers in the pie...
