  1. I hope that they give the Paralympics a lot of air time. I don't mean to be patronising, but I think that the competitors have probably worked far harder than our normal olympic buffs, to get where they are in the sporting world. I am able bodied and have never put much effort into anything. I cannot imagine overcoming a disability and becoming a seasoned athlete. Good luck to your mate, Jamie.

  2. yes I will be and cheering on the aussies

  3. I'll definitely be watching, I'm still bummed the regular Olympics are over and the US Open is ending too. I can't wait to cheer on these athletes and be inspired. I sure hope the airtime is better than it was past years!

  4. Hopefully, I find the competitors an inspiration, and when I'm having a bad day I think how they would feel in that position and how they would act.

  5. YEp, I love it - i will cheer your mate!

  6. Awww.....good luck to him ! Which country are you from ? I will definitely be watching it..it makes me grateful for my life ! I think all of the competitors in the paralympics deserve to be rewarded...they are fantastic !!! x

  7. Definitely, if they bother to actually show it on television. They are no where as publicized as the normal Olympics. The paralympics has already started on the 3rd of September but I don't recall seeing anything on television!
