Will you buy an Amazon gift card of value 20$ for 15$ if somebody sells it to you?

A friend of mine got it as a gift on completing a survey, now when he uses the card at amazon, the shipping charges exceed the 20$ limit as he lives in India. So he wants to sell it, Shall I buy it?

If this offer is really from a friend and not some stranger, then the main question I would have is whether you trust your friend.  If yes, then it's a good deal.  If you aren't sure about this "friend," take a pass on the deal.  You would only be saving $5, and that's not worth a lot of hassle.
