Will you correct my current phone bill?

Question

Billing shows three charges on internet service for three modems dated 12-16-07. I do not owe this charge. I'm not paying this bill until you correct it.

Well I need more INFO and if you only use one then call them and tell them you only have one ask them why their are 3 on your bill they try that with me to and well they got a ear full and they fix it they were tyring to charge me for someone who did not pay their bill LOL I told them were to go and have not had any problems.

Do you think we are the phone company? How are we supposed to correct? Call the customer service dept. at the phone company and im sure they will give you the credit without any trouble...?
