well...techinaclly...yess....a couple of agencies...are offering this..but u av to meet up wid the required standards

Probably no. In most cases they are frauds. In most cases, they will exploit your money. Even if they send you abroad, the job nature/perks/package will be entirely different than what they promised.

Hardly believe them.
