  1. I have a paypal account, which I havent used for over a year, and have not recieved any bills.

Check the FAQs section of their site

  2. check with  https://paydotcom.com/r/10031/ARUNMUTHU/...

  3. Yes, you can deactivate your account.

You only get billed when you use it, and the money comes out immediatly.  For example, for every time you get sent money, you will be charged, but it wont be a bill, it will be taken out of the money you received.  You will also get charged for making a bank transfer from paypal to a different bank, but again, they take it out of the money you are transfering.

For example, if someone sent you 20$, paypal would take their fee immediatly, and you would actually get say..  19.50 (I dont know what their fee scale is, that was just a number)

  4. Hi I have used paypal for over 5 years now and you will never get a bill from them, but you do get charged a few dollas if you receive money or you deposit your money into your bank account, but it all comes of the money you have already in the account,
