Will you get more channels with the DTV Converter Box with cable?

Question

I have a television with a cable wire in the back of it and I want to know if I will receive any new channels that I wouldn't usually get. Right now, I have channels 2 to 120, and about half of them work.

No, you will not get anymore cable channels.  NonCable users could pick up a few extra channels though

You will only get access to the digital broadcast of over the air channels with the converter box if you do not already have a digital receiver.
