I declare July 4th 2008 our National Refuse to Pay Day. United we can all make a diffrence, instead of sitting around complaining abut the high prices. Let's actually stand together. One day of not buying gas isn't going to solve anything. Most people will either get fuel the day before or the day after. So if everyone boycotts for a day, then everyone will have to fill up again sooner or later. Boycott gas for a week, now were talking. That might actually accomplish something, but in order for this to work, everyone would have to do it.

I wish it could be that simple, but we all know that is won't work. Instead, I have tips on how to save your gas:

1. Buy a fuel efficent car.

2. Car pool, everywhere.

3. Use public transportation (buses, trains, etc)

4. Turn off the heat! Instead wear warm coats and use blankets.

5. Start biking to places that are near-by. It makes you feel refreashed and it's heathy for the environment (and you).
