Will you help me Uninstall some programs?

Hi I'm trying to delete some programs off of my computer and what are some I can delete that come with Windows Vista that I don't need? Please answer easy 10 points.

if you use logmein.com i can remote your pc and show you what you can delete

go to control panel than to add/remove programs  and go to start programs u can delete them off there to.
