Will you help me make vellum flowers?

Question

I am trying to make a bouquet of flowers, using vellum as petals. I saw it somewhere and it only listed needed materials and no instructions. I have vellum paper, floral wire, and floral tape. I have tried and tried to get the "flower" to look right on the wire, but it's not working. I need detailed instructions. Please help! :)
