I'm not really sure if I am doing it right, I think I am, I just want to double check. Here are my grades:

A 94%

A 96%

B 91%

A 97%

B 93%

A 100%

So what is my GPA?

Thanks!

  1. a

  2. 3.666667 is your gpa. you can figure this out by adding all your classes points worth then divide by how many there

    A=4

    B=3

    C=2

    in your case 4+4+3+4+3+4=22 then 22/6 (number of classes)

  3. On a 4 point scale?  3.8

  4. Flat "A" at 95%

    (Funny someone with this GPA couldn't figure it out themselves...must want attention, huh?)

    You should have all 100%'s

  5. Your GPA should be 3.66.  This is achieved by giving 4 points for an "A", 3 points for a "B", 2 points for a "C" and so on.  Once you add up your A's and B's you divide that by the number of grades you have.

    4+4+3+4+3+4=24

    24/6=3.6666

  6. 3.67

    A=4.0

    B=3.0

    6 Total Grades = 22 points

    22/6 = 3.67

    If you had perfect grades it would be

    24/6 = 4.0

  7. A GPA is simply yoour average. If one of those grades is in mathematics then you should know how to do this. simply add up the numbers and then divide by the numer of numbers. This willl yeild you a 95.2 GPA

  8. it depends on the units this should help

  9. There are two schools of thought here.  One is a 90+ average is an "A" or a 4.0 GPA.  Alternatively, and most commonly, you look at each grade and assign a value to it.  Many schools will assign 3.67 (A-) to anything below 94% , 4.0 (A)  to anything between 94% and 97% with a 4.33 (A+) for anything above 97%.  In your case, your GPA would be 3.945.

  10. Well, it would help if we knew what your answer was, then we could tell you if it was right!

    If you are simply looking for your average grade, you add up all your grades and divide by the number of grades you added up.  This will give you your general average.

    If you are using the 5 point GPA method,

    A = Excellent or Superior; or top 10% (90 to 100) = 4.0

    B = Above Average; or second 10% (80-89) = 3.0

    C = Average; or third 10% (70-79) = 2.0

    D = Below average, minimum passing grade (60-69); or fourth 10% = 1.00

    E/F (or any of a number of other symbols) = Failure or Exceptionally Poor; or bottom 60% (0-68) = 0.00

    you need to figure out the points associated with each grade level and find the average.
