Will you please help me plan my party?

Question

I'm planning a luau for my belated 15th birthday party. It will be a pool party (in ground). I already know we'll be playing vollyball, badmitten, swimming, dancing stuff like that. I'm not worried about that. However, here is my dilemma.

To start, my budget on decorations and stuff is 50 dollars. (doesnt include food).

Remember, the party will be luau themed, and there will be about 20 girls over.

I found a website where I can buy the little drink umbrellas for 2 dollars for 24 of them. I also found a website where I can get 50 leis for 10 bucks. I'm having SO much trouble finding hula skirts, and I REALLY want them at my party. The cheapest I've found them is for about 7 dollars APIECE! I'm NOT willing to spend $140 on hula skirts! WHERE can I find them cheeper???

Please dont tell me "try walmart" because a. I have, and b. just find the link!! If you give me a link, and they're relatively cheap you will get best answer.

Well, I'd look at a dollar tree, or dollar family, or another store like that because I'm sure they have tons of Luau things for your party. :) I'm pretty sure they have those little umbrellas, and many others luau themed things..

Or maybe a local party store?

And if you still can't find any Hula skirts, you could have everyone just come dressed 'Hawaiian' themed and the winner could get a prize or something. :)
