  1. no, thats rediculous

  2. If a cruise ship has about 2,000 people coming on board ship and each person has 2 pieces of luggage, then they are not too likely to find any alcohol packed in your luggage, if you get my drift. Do NOT bring it as a carry on. They will find it then. I have brought as much as 8 bottles of wine between the two of us and never had any problems. This was with Princess cruise lines, but anyway, all they would do it take it from you. Pack it well in bubble wrap and put it in the center of your luggage. That will give it plenty of padding.

  3. They'll take away the drinks if they find it but return when you disembark. It all depends on how you package it.

  4. if its in your case u will probally get it on, but u can only drink in ur cabin, no chance around the ship, not in any container, if it is found when they scan your baggage, it will be taken off you,  or they do have the right to refuse you onto the ship. I have been on rci, alcohol isnt that expensive, maybe 10-20p more than the pubs, it more expensive in cities (barcelona was mega expensive for drinks)

  5. You can bring liquor on but they will take it from until you depart if the find it. Make sure you don't go on CARNIVAL because they suck from the time you make your reservation.

    PS. CARNIVAL SUCKS

  6. I did that. Just make sure you wrap the bottles up tight because they are kind of careless with bags. It is way cheaper on the cruises drinks are expensive.
