Will you selfish to keep your friendship?

Just give a case as example:

you have this best friend who will leave you far away, because of her new bf...migrates perhaps..Will you be selfish to keep her/him?Or let her go far away with the man,and your friendship with her is the sacrifice?

Let her go. Im sure you two will be able to call, email or IM each other ocassionally.

It's hard to giveup. I know bcz. just now I am facing this situation for last one year. Question is not for being selfish for my self but basically I want to know the reasons. I never can forget her and certainly I shall not search the another. I will wait till she returns to give me the reasons.
