You need to stop charging, and get a 2nd job.....or perhaps a 1st one to pay your bills.  You are irresponsible.

You may take the risk of having your case dismissed. If you are charging on a credit card, your credit card company should have closed this account. I would stop using the charge and worry about having the discharge happen. They can dismiss it and you will not be able to file again for 6 months, when all the creditors will come after for payment until you can file again.
