Even if you were extremely overweight, cannabinoid metabolites would not appear in your urine after 90 days. However, my recommendation is that you go online and purchase a home urine test kit. They are fairly inexpensive. Buy several, keep them on hand, and test yourself. Then you will have peace of mind.

As far as the hair goes. Get a buzz cut.

In a urine test, definitely no.  In a blood test, probably not.  In a hair-sample test, yes.  The chemicals from smoking cannabis remain in hair until it's cut.  I've also heard that the chemicals remain in hair follicles for up to 10 years.
