  1. Yeah,

    your fat comes of in sheets not just in a specific place,

    try biking instead of walking,

    biking to places, cause you move your legs more (if you get me)

    burns way more calories, its not even funny...

    Walking 1-2 hours will burn a certain amount of calories.  Assuming the calories are not replaced by eating more, then fat is burned.  If you have fat legs, the muscles in the legs will seek out the quickest way to get more energy and will burn off that fat.  

    Running or walking quickly will burn off the same calories in a quicker time period.  Walking slowly will burn off the same calories in a longer time period.

    Something like swimming or aerobics will burn calories faster as it incorporates more muscle groups.
