if i play a tourniment game and it says £2 to play + 0.25 what does this mean, i think it means £2 to enter then 25p for ????

can you help ???

The £2 goes into the prize pool which is awarded to the winning players.  The 0.25 is the entry fee which is paid to the casino/online site.  The 0.25 is not part of the prize pool money.
