Willian, the Shakhtar Donetsk winger, has revealed he would prefer a move to English Premier League side Chelsea in the winter transfer window.
The Blues were believed to have made an offer for Willian earlier on, bidding 16.5 million pounds for the Brazilian. However, Shakhtar Donetsk refused to part ways with Willian for what they considered to be less than their valuation of the player.
Willian is believed to have a release clause of 29 million pounds and Shakhtar Donetsk are believed to only except an amount above 20 million pounds. The player himself though seems keen on a move to Stamford Bridge, claiming he was looking forward to a

Willian said while speaking to reporters:
“I wouldn't have any fears about coming to England because I have played against English sides in the Champions League and studied the English game.
To play in a league that is seen throughout the world would be good for my hopes of playing regularly for Brazil, especially with the World Cup at home in two years' time.”
The 23-year-old revealed he believed playing in the English Premier League would be beneficial to his international career with the Brazil team. He felt with the World Cup coming up in two years he needed to be in a league which was widely watched so he
could establish himself in the starting XI for Brazil.
He revealed:

Willian admitted he had previously been linked with the likes of Arsenal and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ramires-c30523, Willian felt he would also settle in well at the London
club and go on to become a successful player.
