Willl running in intervals 20 minutes a day help me lose belly fat/lovehandles?

i run 30-40 minutes a day right now but i've hit a plateau...will running in intervals help me lose 10 pounds and the extra belly fat?!

  1. yes it will cause your body doesn't know what to expect next. it keeps your paces varied and cause your heart to go higher and lower making your body burn more fat


  2. If you've hit a plateau, you've got to step up your game.  So if you're suggesting that you run MULTIPLE 20 minute intervals in one day, as opposed to your current 30-40 minute (1 time a day) plan now, that should help, provided you run more than 40 minutes a day total.

  3. If you have hit a plateau then you need to change up your routine to make it burn more calories for you.  Run faster, inclined, longer-- something to make it different and make you work more.
