Wimbledon ticket advice??

Question

I am thinking about bidding for x4 debenture tickets to the men's final of wimbledon on ebay. They are currently around the £30 mark which i realise is very cheap.

On the ticket details it say that they have a face value of £1. Does this mean that they are bad seats even though they are debenture tickets???

Any other information or advice on these tickets are welcome !!
