Win Rar Prob!!!!!! HELP!!!!!?

Ever scince win rar uninstalled itself because I didn't pay (they said it was free) nothing opens up properly, everything but everything except for my internet explorer asks me what program I want to open it with.... U know the open with screen. This includes things like exe. for games like Halo and everything else!!!!! HELP!!!!!

You don't ever have to pay for winrar if you don't want to, it works forever, just don't click "Buy now" or anything and it should work.  Reinstall it and you should have no problems.
