  1. This lottery is a fake.  There is no money for you in Nigeria.

  2. Its a scam forget about it and delete all these type of mails. You cannot win anything if you haven't purchased a lottery ticket.

Beware and to play it safe go buy a lottery ticket at your local store or supermarket. That's the only way you will win any money if you're lucky.

  3. Did you get an email saying you'd won a lottery in Nigeria? Sorry to disappoint but these sorts of Nigerian Lottery emails are generally scams, particularly if you never entered a lottery in Nigeria. DON'T give away your bank account or credit card details or any personal information. Don't even reply, send it straight to your spam folder.

There are some websites on it - http://www.snopes.com/crime/fraud/lotter...

  4. they got your email address from somewhere hoping they could dupe some of your identity details out of you by giving you some false hope.

  6. its a scam i get that stuff all the time disregard it they just want your personal information

  7. You don't it's a scam. Do a search on Nigeria lottery scam, you'll find websites explaining how this has been done years.

  8. I am only guessing that you have received an email stating you have won a lottery.  If this is so, then this is a SCAM. The below links confirm various email scams hitting the internet. There is also an online form for the reporting of such. - (with links for your own country.) This site also gives excellent advice on what steps you can take to achieve a spam free inbox :

    http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/or...

Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Please remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

  9. Sorry hon, you didn't win squat.

That's an e-mail scam that's been going on for years.  You'll be asked to send them money.

  10. Don't take any notice - this is all bull****. Ask yourself - how can I win on a lottery without buying a ticket? All spammers should be locked in their own endless little cyber world and banished to a fate of being asked constantly if certain parts of their anatomy need updating - their brains, of course......
