WinRAR: How do I extract but *replace* and not just copy the files?

Question

I only have 3.40GB left on my HDD and the file I want to unzip is 4.39GB. I don't want to delete any files to free space. How can I extract the files so that it doesn't copy them it just like... cuts and pastes them instead of copy and paste?

You will get gigs back, do this....

Disk clean-up > more options tab > delete system restore points WAIT untill the ok button returns cuz it takes a while
