Wind pole for airports??

when i move the earth the wind blows the dust everywere and the city gets angry. i am only alowed to use the truck to move earth when the wind blows south i have seen airports, and goldcourses thta have a pole with an orange cone and when the wind blows the cone at te top of the pole indicates were it is blowing does anyone have an idea of what that pole is called or an online site were i can buy it?

  3. Yes it is called a windsock and it is made of a very light fabric with orange and white stripes. The intention is this: A stripe represents five knots wind. If there is, say ten knots wind, you should see the cone break at about two stripes. Note that this is a very rough wind estimation and maybe not all the windsocks are designed and tested to be conform to this standard.
