Windosws cannot find 'javaw'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. ANY IDEAS?!!?

Hey everyone I get this error when trying to open a windows batch file. I am able to run the same thing on my XP computers but not on my vista 64-bit operating system. Please do not comment on what I am trying to open or be rude, instead help me out here with fixing the problem thanks!

I'd uninstall java and reinstall the latest version I think a new one just came out a couple of days ago as it was asking mine to update.
