One of my thermol window paynes broke, I removed the payne for repair, but the plastic weatherstripping holding it in was caulked in so in doing so I damaged some of the pieces. I cant find the window make anywhere on any window in my house and I need more of this material. I think the windows were made by the people that now make jen weld or whatever they are called. How can I find this material. It snaps into the frame and actually holds the glass in place. All help appreciated. THANKS.

  1. Go to jen weld . com and order the piece you need.

  2. When I need a window repair for any type of window I remove the frame with the damaged piece in it and take it to my local hardware store and they do the repairs. They have the parts for every type window I have brought to them and the cost of the repair is usually not more than just the glass  would have been. I have yet to find a hardware store that did not repair windows but you might call first to make sure.
