Window tint law in ohio on my car?

just got pulled over and the cop said my back windows were illeagally tinted in a 4 door car. I thought the back could be anything. HAs anyone heard of this new law?

  1. I didn't think there was a law in Ohio .I have seen some cars with windows so dark I don't know how they get away with it,let alone see out of them.I'm sure the cop knows what he's talking about he's probably not busting your balls for the h**l of it.Did you flip him off or something?


  2. Windshield Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 5 inches of the windshield.  

    Front Side Windows Must allow more than 50% of light in.

    Back Side Windows Any darkness can be used.

    Rear Window Any darkness can be used.

  3. Front Side Windows Must allow more than 50% of light in.

    Back Side Windows Any darkness can be used.

    Rear Window Any darkness can be used.  

    i would fight tat ticket.

  4. Non-reflective (smoke) is 50% on the front two windows, any darkness on the rear side windows,any darkness on the rear window. Here is the only way it can be illegal, if you have reflective tint on the rear side windows it cant be more reflective than a standard window. There little loop hole to make your life miserable.   good luck my friend !!
