Windows 2000 NetBIOS File and Printer Sharing Port

Hi there! I am running Windows 2000 Professional. One of the Internet security tools I am running is telling me that "my port 139 is wide OPEN". Is it a serious problem and if so, how can I close the port then? Thanks. James
