hi ! I seem to have a problem with my windows 98 and usb devices. i recently bought a diamond dsm956 mp3 player that comes with win 98 softwear (driver), i follow the instructions, load the softwear, and when i plug the device in, the computer recognises a new device, but no matter what i try the softwear is unable to be located.i recently bought a photo viewer mass storage device with a win 98 softwear also, and the results are identical.i have also tried a usb flash drive wich says it is 98 compatible, the computer recognises a mass storage device but unable to locate any softwear to run this item.are these problems related? and how would i be able to fix this? sure is frustrating and would like to buy a new computer, but can't afford one at the moment. i know 98 is way outdated feels like i live in the dark ages.any help would be greatly appreciated thxPulling hair out
