Windows Activation Key - What letters\numbers are NOT included?

I'm trying to enter the windows key from my disc but it keeps telling me its wrong. I heard windows does not include like the Letter "B" and some other letters\numbers.

    I'd imagine you want the 1st or 2nd option. If it's the 2nd then click on it and select your OS then follow the guides.


  2. What you see is windows activation call Microsoft and they will be glad to help you to activate your Windows copy.

  3. you should have a label either on your computer or the package that the cd came in. On this label is your genuine windows licence number, after or during installation  windows it will ask you to type in the code number.

    then to activate windows you have either to go on-line or phone Microsoft to activate it... there is a free phone number if you click on Activate by phone...  If you have installed windows many time and you have to activate by phone you will be asked the reason for the re installation..

    if your windows has been installed on another computer then that will be registered to that computer, Not to you.

    You will be asked for a reason your installing it on another computer,  you can't have the same activation key on two computers, if you do when you go on line both will be disabled by Microsoft.. this is so they can stop pirating of their operating system and software...
