Windows Defrag Question?

Question

Is it bad if u have a lot of fragmented files more than any other type of file?

If its bad, how can i fix?

Download " VOPT " this is a defragment program  that is quick and easy to use

fragged files are not file types they are in a sense one file broken into many pieces scattered all over your hard drive slowing it down to fix either use the windows defrag in your start menu then accesorries then system tools or download a free defrag program because windows doesnt do it very well

Fragmented files make computer run slower as it has to hunt all over to find bits and pieces of the program.

Defrag to correct.
