Windows Driver for MP3 missing

Question

NEXTAR MA852-2ct model, It was plug & play as it is supposed to be with my OS (Windows XP) and suddenly after the driver seems to have dissapeared, NEXTAR customer service suggested reloading windows disc to reinstall but this PC was given to me and I don't have the original software disc. Suggestions would be great to get the driver back and use this item......Thankou so much Angela
