Windows Media Player has suddenly stopped syncing my music??

Im going on a really long car drive today so i started syncing loads of music to my Sony Ericsson K800i. It worked fine, and then suddenly it just said 'syncing stopped'. I have not run out of space, it says i have loads of room on the SD card, and on the phone too. Why wont it work? i have deleted the list and made a new one, shut down the computer, shut down media player and opened it up again. What do i need to do to fix it??

Also, i found my 3 year old MP3 player (Creative Zen V, 2GB) and am now trying to sync that, but Media Player wont recognise it as a device? what should i do here!!!]

thank you! sorry its so long!!!

  1. Hi. I have a Sony Ericsson k800i as well. I have never used Windows Media Player for my files transfers. I use the Sony Ericsson Media Manager 1.1 which is specifically for the k800i. It is a lot easier to use and I've never had a problem with it. I use it to transfer music, videos and photos. Maybe you could use it as well, just go to the Sony Ericsson website, enter your phone model (k800i) and look for Media Manager. Good luck.
