Windows Movie Maker keeps speeding up my video automatically!?

After I capture a clip from my Mini DV.... windows movie maker automatically speeds it up by like 10x!!!

IT is so annoying! How do I stop it!

I checked and there are no effects on the clip! (no speed up double!)
