Windows Movie maker help?????

Question

umm ok well im making a video and i was just messing around with the effects and the transitions but i put a trasition on it, and it like got all jerkey when it was playing so i took it off and its still like that. like the line that goes across as its playing is like jerkey and flashy.

also if i put it on youtube like that, will it be like that???

if you were viewing the video while on windows movie maker, and it was jerky it could be ok, but once u saved it as a wmv or avi and its still jerky, it'll be like that on youtube also
