How can i get it to open? Its obviously not firewall because ive disabled that. Whenever that box comes up asking if i am sure i want to open it i press accept and it stil isnt opening?

  1. I think peer guardian is not supported by vista.

  2. If you have a router it may be the routers firewall blocking it - you may need to open a port to allow in through the router.

  3. Make sure that you downloaded the correct version of PeerGuardian that works on Vista. Sometimes it gets corrupted, and you should use RevoUninstaller to remove it completely. Depending on what you are trying to use it for, let's say you wanted to use it for a torrenting program, I would suggest that you look into Bit Tyrant, and download the SafePeer addon for that instead. It gives you all the benefits of PeerGuardian, without any of the hassle.
