Windows Vista Help Wanted in IE7. Cant See Regional Newspapers in Regional Fonts?

Question

Whenever I open any regional newspaper online , all chinese or wild characters fill up the screen, instead of the regional language fonts.

How to solve this? Am using Windows Vista / IE7

Do you have the font required to view the page installed? If not, there should be a link to install the necessary font.

Could you put some of the characters for us on this question, because it may not be japanese...
