Okay,

So I just updated my Windows Vista. And it uploaded this "Realtek HD Audio Manager" and now I can't hear any music from the internet. I can hear music from "Windows Media Player" so my speakers aren't busted.

Please help, my mother has a work presentation due and needs to hear!!!!!!

  1. maybe try to uninstall "Realtek HD Audio Manager"

  2. OPEN UP THE REALTEK HD MANAGER FROM THE TRAY ICON.LOOK AT THE MASTER VOLUME SLIDE.SEE IF IT IS PUSHED UP TO MAX VOLUME OR IF IT IS MUTED OUT.ADJUST THE VOLUME TO YOUR PREFERENCE OR LIKE THE OTHER GUY SAID,JUST UNINSTALL IT COMPLETELY IF YOU CANT GET INTERNET SOUND.

  3. What do you mean by "music from the internet"? Try to download and save the file you can't play and try playing it with Windows Media Player.

  4. maybe try a new browswer? mozilla firefox? safari?
