Windows Vista Repair Help Please?

Hello

I have bought a laptop with Windows Vista and after some changes it needs a Repair done through the Vista CD. The problem is that my laptop didnt come with a cd. My friend has a Vista cd and i can borrow his. The problem is that my Vista is Business and his Vista cd is Home Premium. Can i perform a "Repair" if the Vista model is not the same?

Downgrade from Vista to XP. Vista has so many problems and it is so user unfriendly.

vista doesnt come with cds  u have to make a recovery disk to make repairs  my didnt come with cd i was told make a recovery disk than rebot with the disk and it fixes all repairs and drivers
